July–September: The monsoon brings heavy rainfall and reduced visibility, making this less ideal for trekking, though Gorson Bugyal remains accessible.

How to Reach Auli:
By Train- The nearest major railway station is Rishikesh Railway Station, located around 250 km from Auli. From there, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Joshimath, followed by the ropeway or road transfer to Auli. Haridwar Junction (around 270 km) is another well-connected railhead with trains from Delhi and other major cities.
By Road- Auli is accessible via road up to Joshimath, which is about 500 km from Delhi. The journey from Delhi takes approximately 10–12 hours to Joshimath via Rishikesh, Rudraprayag, and Chamoli. From Joshimath, Auli is connected by a scenic cable car or a short drive depending on weather conditions.
By Air- The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, located around 280 km from Auli. The airport has regular flights from Delhi and other major cities. From here, taxis and buses are available to Joshimath and further to Auli.
