Package Overview

You find Manali in the northern mountains by the Beas River. It is a place of cedar forests and winding paths. Local homes use wood and stone to stay warm. From the town center, you can see the high ridges of the Pir Panjal range. Orchards grow along the river banks near old hamlets. White snow stays on the mountain tops all year. The Hadimba Devi Temple is an absolute must-see during this journey. In the heart of the Dhungri Van Vihar forest is this four-story wooden building. There is a nearby Vashisht Temple where there are stone basins where hot sulfur water seeps from the grounds. These people are here to swim at the natural springs. The Tibetan Monastery is the epitome of Buddhism here. There are carpets, woolens, and the best of food at the Manali Mall Road. If you want to do something, you should think about paragliding or zorbing at Solang Valley. Solang Valley is not far from the Rohtang Pass, which is 13,000 feet high. The top of Rohtang Pass has a lot of ice and glaciers. When you go to Solang Valley, you will have to drive through some steep and rocky valleys. This road goes from the desert areas of Lahaul to the really green valleys of Kullu. The hike to Manikaran runs across the Parvati Valley. People remember this little village because of its Gurudwara and hot springs. The ground is so hot that it may boil rice in the water. On the way back, the trail goes via Kullu. You can see places to go rafting on the Beas River. People remember this area for its knitted shawls and fruit fields. The riverbed is where the road back to Manali goes.
