Day 1 - Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Evening Sightseeing

Upon your arrival at Leh Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Nestled at an altitude of over 11,500 feet, Leh requires proper acclimatization, so the first half of the day is kept free for rest and adjustment to the high-altitude environment. After lunch and some relaxation, begin your Ladakh adventure with a leisurely exploration of Leh. Visit the peaceful Shanti Stupa, which offers panoramic views of Leh town and the surrounding Himalayan ranges. Continue to the historic Leh Palace, a former royal residence that reflects Ladakh's rich cultural heritage. Later, stroll through the vibrant Leh Market, where you can shop for traditional handicrafts, prayer flags, pashmina products, and local souvenirs.
