Child Policy | Children below 5 years of age can stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents. Children aged 5–12 years may be charged at child rates with or without an extra bed. Guests above 12 years of age will be considered adults and charged accordingly. |
Cancellation Policy | Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival may attract retention charges as per hotel policy. No refund will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days. |

Payment Policy | A valid booking confirmation is subject to advance payment as per the booking terms. Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed. Ans. Yes, if you book via online portals like Booking.com or Agoda, free cancellation is usually available 2 to 3 days before check-in. Direct bookings with the host are generally non-refundable.

Ans. Check-in starts at 12:00 PM (Noon), and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
3. Are pets allowed?
Ans. No, pets are not allowed inside the rooms due to the traditional mud-and-wood architecture.
4. What is the child policy?
Ans. Children up to 5–6 years stay for free using existing beds. Extra mattresses can be requested for older kids at a small charge.
