Day 1 - Arrival in Kargil / Leh – Transfer to Sankoo

Upon arrival in Kargil, or after a scenic drive from Leh, begin your journey towards the enchanting Suru Valley. As you leave the bustling town behind, the landscape gradually transforms into a stunning panorama of green fields, snow-covered peaks, and traditional Himalayan villages. Your first stop is Sankoo, often referred to as the "Gateway to Suru Valley." Surrounded by fertile farmlands, willow trees, and mountain streams, Sankoo offers a refreshing contrast to the rugged terrain of Ladakh. Spend the day exploring the village, interacting with locals, and admiring the beautiful confluence of the Kartse and Suru Rivers. In the evening, unwind by the banks of the Suru River while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight stay in Sankoo or the Panikhar region.

Day 2 - Suru Valley Exploration – Panikhar & Parkachik
