If your hotel is close to the beach, head out for a leisurely walk along the shoreline and soak in the peaceful atmosphere that South Goa is known for. Unlike North Goa's lively vibe, South Goa offers a calm and refreshing escape where you can simply sit by the beach, enjoy the cool sea breeze, or relax at a beach shack with authentic Goan cuisine and fresh seafood. If you prefer, spend the evening by the hotel pool or explore the nearby cafés and local markets. Day 2 - Heritage Tour of South Goa | Churches, Temples & Scenic Views

Your sightseeing begins with a visit to the magnificent Basilica of Bom Jesus, one of Goa's most iconic landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, visit the impressive Sé Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. Known for its Portuguese architecture and peaceful surroundings, it offers visitors a glimpse into Goa's colonial past. From here, continue to the sacred Shri Mangueshi Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Surrounded by lush greenery, the temple is admired for its elegant white structure and tranquil atmosphere.
