Day 1 - Arrival in Kochi – Transfer to Ayurvedic Resort

Arrival Day
Arrive at Cochin International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed and transferred to a serene Ayurvedic resort near Kochi or Cherai Beach (approx. 1.5 – 2 hours). After check-in and rest, meet the Ayurvedic doctor for an initial consultation and dosha assessment. The doctor will design your personalized treatment plan. Evening: Light welcome dinner and orientation. Overnight at Ayurvedic Resort (near Kochi)

Day 2 - Beginning of Ayurvedic Treatments & Yoga

Start your wellness journey with gentle morning yoga and meditation. After breakfast, undergo your first set of Ayurvedic therapies (Abhyanga massage, herbal steam, etc.). The rest of the day is relaxed with time for rest and light walks in the resort’s lush gardens.

Day 3 - Full Day of Healing Therapies
